1)    Ex-right date: December 22, 2017         

2)    Record date: December 25, 2017          

3)    Purpose: to pay the first cash dividend for 2017.

4)    Detailed information: To pay the first cash dividend for 2017

-          Exercise ratio: 10%/par value (1,000 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: January 10, 2018

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Sea & Air Freight International.
