On December 11, 2017, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation approved to pay first cash dividend for 2017 as follows:

-          Exercise ratio: 5%/par value (500 dongs/share)

-          Record date: December 27, 2017

-          Payment date: expected in January 11, 2018.
