Based on Decision No.110/2017/QĐ-ĐA dated December 28, 2017, the Board of Directors of Dong A Hotel Group Joint Stock Company approved to establish the Dong A Hotel Travel Company Limited, specifically as follows:

-          Address: Floor 1^st, Dong A Trading Center, 668 Phan Dinh Phung street, group 11, Dong Quang ward, Thai Nguyen city, Thai Nguyen province.

-          Charter capital: VND40,000,000,000

-          Owner: Dong A Hotel Group Joint Stock Company

-          To appoint Mr. Nguyen Thanh Tung is Director cum Legal Representative of Dong A Hotel Travel Company Limited.
