VCI: VCI decreases the holding ratio in VCAM

Viet Capital Securities Joint Stock Company (VCI) announces the change of holding ratio in Viet Capital Asset Management (VCAM) from 51% to 14.9% as follows:

-          Number of shares before transfer: 6,630,000 shares (51%)

-          Number of shares transferred: 4,693,000 shares (36.10%)

-          Number of shares after transfer: 1,937,000 shares (14.9%)
