On December 28, 2017, Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction JSC

Completed the transfer of 2,200,000 shares in Song Da Yaly Cement Joint Stock Company (stock code: SDY). After the transaction, Post and Telecommunications Investment and Construction JSC holds no shares in Song Da Yaly Cement Joint Stock Company.
