On December 27, 2017, the Board of Directors of Petro Capital & Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company approved the divestment at Nha Trang Petroleum Investment Joint Stock Company, specifically as follows:

-          Transferee: Dat Xanh Real Estate Service & Constructions Corporation

-          Transfer price: 11,519 dongs/share

-          Number of transferred shares: 19,615,000 shares

-          Total value: VND225,945,185,000
