DIC: Board resolution on the change of dividend payment date

The Board of Directors of DIC Investment and Trading Joint Stock Company approved to delay the payment date of dividend 2016 until December 28, 2017, instead of November 28, 2017 as announced previously, because the Company’s capital is being used to finance major agreements.
