SBV: Board resolution on first cash dividend payment for 2017

According to the Board resolution dated November 14, 2017, the Board of Directors of Siam Brothers Vietnam Joint Stock Company approved the first cash dividend payment for 2017 as follows:

-          Dividend rate: 15% (VND1,500 for a share)

-          Record date: November 29, 2017

-          Payment date: December 29, 2017
