On November 15, 2017, the Board of Directors of Vietnam Sun Corporation approved to pay first cash dividend for 2017 as follows:

-          Record date:  December 04, 2017

-          Exercise ratio: 7% /par value (700dongs/share)

-          Payment date: December 21, 2017.

-          Place of payment:

+ Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+ Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Vietnam Sun Corporation.
