SHI: Notice of the record date On September 06, 2017, HOSE issued Announcement No.1025/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of Son Ha International Corporation (SHI) as follows:
1) Ex-right date: September 15, 2017
2) Record date: September 18, 2017
3) Purpose:
- To organize the 2017 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
- To pay cash dividends for 2016.
- To pay stock dividends for 2016.
4) Detailed information:
a) To organize the 2017 Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders:
- Meeting date: expected in October 2017
- Meeting venue: to be notice later.
- Content: to vote for (i) the stock issuance plan to mobilize capital for M&A; (ii) other issues.
b) To pay cash dividends for 2016
- Exercise ratio: 2%/par value (200 dongs/share)
- Payment date: October 10, 2017
- Place of payment:
ü Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
ü Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Son Ha International Corporation.
c) To pay stock dividends for 2016
- Estimated issue volume: 3,043,532 shares
- Exercise ratio: 5% (Those who own 100 shares will receive 05 new shares.)
- Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.
- For example, if shareholder A owns 450 shares at the record date, he will receive 22 new shares. The fractional part (0.5 share) will be cancelled.
