On September 06, 2017, BODs of Construction Joint Stock Company 47 approved to hold the 2017 Extraordinary Meeting General Meeting of Shareholders as follows:

-          Meeitng time: September 30, 2017

-          Meeting venue: Hai Au hotel, 489 An Duong Vuong street, Quy Nhon, Binh Dinh.

-          Content:

+ Adjusting the capital value of Hai Au hotel cluster.

+ Approving the separation of the labor export sector into the One Member Limited Liability Company.

+ Approving the opening of the room for foreign investors up to 49% after the separation of Hai Au hotel cluster and the labor export sector from the parent company.
