2)    Meeitng time: October 26, 2017

3)    Content:

-          Stock issuance to raise its charter capital:

+ Stock issuance from the owner’s equity:  6,551,915 shares

+ Stock issuance to existing shareholders:   6,551,915 shares

-          To put foward a adjustment of dividend payment plan in 2017: 20%/charter capital.
