MSN: BODs Resolution No.403 & No.405 _ 07 Sep 2017

MaSan Group Corporation announced Resolution No.403&No.405 dated September 07, 2017 as follows:

1)    Approving the stake increase of Masan Horizon Company Limited (Masan Horizon) from 6,616,814,860,000 dongs up to 13,116,814,860,000 dongs (equivalent to increase the stake of 6,500,000,000,000 dongs). The company’s stake may be implemented in the periods and no later than December 31, 2017.

2)    Approving the Bond issuance according to Resolution No.379/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated August 22, 2017 and Techcom Securities Company Limited is responsible for:

-          Underwriter and Listing Consultant;

-          Registration agency and Transfer Management agency;

-          Bond Owner Representative.

3)    Approving the Techcom Securities Company Limited is invested to purchase the bonds on the basis of equality and at market prices as other investors.
