MCG: Information on the decision of tax inspection

Vietnam Mechanization Electrification & Construction Joint Stock Company announced the decision of tax inspection dated August 25, 2017 regarding the administrative penalties for the period from 2015 and 2016 as follows:

-          VAT and corporate income tax arrears in 2015, 2016: 16,169,010,773 dongs

Of which:

• VAT arrears: 1,000,709,716 dongs (in 2015: 859,171,047 dongs; in 2016: 141,538,669 dongs)
• Corporate income tax arrears: 15,168,301,057 dongs (in 2015:  12,892,015,150 dongs; in 2016: 2,417,824,576 dongs)

-          Penalty for false declaration: 3,233,802,155 dongs

-          Penalty for late payment: 66,352,507 dongs.
