PVA: Supplemental reason of the status of under trading restriction

Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.455/QĐ-SGDHN dated 20/06/2017, HNX announces the trading restriction of PVA stock as follows:
- Issuer: PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction JSC
- Stock code: PVA
- Previous reason: The Auditor refused to give their opinion in financial statements 2016 
- Supplemental reason: owner’s equity in the reviewed financial statement 2017 is negative, under trading restriction in accordance with Point b Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulations.
- Trading restriction: PVA stock can only be traded on Friday weekly
Trading restriction period end when PetroVietnam Nghe An Construction JSC overcomes current situation.
