PTE: Stock under trading restriction

Pursuant to Regulations on Organization and Management of UPCoM at the HNX attached to Decision No.455/QĐ-SGDHN dated 20/06/2017, HNX announces the trading restriction of PTE stock as follows:
- Issuer: Phu Tho Cement JSC
- Stock code: PTE
- Number of shares under trading restriction: 12,500,000 shares
- Total value under  trading restriction (by par): VND 125,000,000,000
- Effective date: 22/08/2017
- Reason: owner’s equity in the reviewed financial statement 2017 is negative, under trading restriction in accordance with Point b Clause 1 Article 32 of the Regulations.
- Trading restriction: PTE stock can only be traded on Friday weekly
Trading restriction period end when Phu Tho Cement JSC overcomes current situation.
