According to the Board resolution dated September 20, 2017, the Board of Directors of Long Giang Investment and Urban Development Joint Stock Company approved to organize the 2017 Extraordinary General Meeting as follows:

-          Apportion ratio: 01 share – 01 voting right

-          Meeting date: The meeting date will be announced later.
