Hoa Phat Group Joint Stock Company announces the purchase of treasury shares as follows:

-   Stock symbol: HPG

-   Number of treasury shares before trading: 137,502 shares

-   Number of shares registered to purchase: 31,825 shares

-   Purpose: to buy back shares from the employees left.

-   Trading period:  expected in September 2017.

-   Trading method: to transfer rights via the Vietnam Securities Depository – Hochiminh Branch.
