HDC: Hodeco invests in Hodeco Social Housing Project in Tan Thanh

On September 21, 2017, Ba Ria – Vung Tau House Development Joint Stock Company (Hodeco) received Official Document No.8904 dated September 19, 2017 by the People’s  Committee of Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. Accordingly, Hodeco was recognized as the investor of Hodeco Social Housing Project in Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province.

-          Location: Phu My, Tan Thanh district, Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province

-          Area: 18,243 m2

-          Project scale: Building area: 5,470 m2. Public works: 12,770 m2.  

-          Total expected investment cost: 261,000,000,000 dongs.
