On September 20, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.338/QD-SGDHCM to allow Nam Viet corporation (securities code: ANV) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 66,000,000 shares

-        Additional volume: 59,044,625 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND590,446,250,000 

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 125,044,625 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND1,250,446,250,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: September 22, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase the equity.
