CTS: Decision on the change of listing

On September 19, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.335/QD-SGDHCM to allow Vietnam Bank for Industry and Trade Securities Joint Stock Company (securities code: CTS) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 90,423,757 shares

-        Additional volume: 7,229,179 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND72,291,790,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 97,652,936 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND976,529,360,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: September 21, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the 2016 dividend payment.
