On September 18, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.331/QD-SGDHCM to allow Tan Binh Import – Export Joint Stock Corporation (securities code: TIX) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 24,000,000 shares

-        Additional volume: 2,400,000 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND24,000,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 26,400,000 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND264,000,000,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: September 20, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
