VNE: VNECO transfers stake at Core Asia

To implement Board Resolution No.31 dated July 31, 2017, Vietnam Electricity Construction Joint Stock Corporation (VNECO) on August 03, 2017 signed an agreement to transfer the entire stake at Core Asia Project Management Co., Ltd. to Mr. Nguyen Ha Trang. The total transfer value is VND1,020,000,000, equivalent of 38.231% of Core Asia.

As from August 03, 2017, Core Asia Project Management Co., Ltd. is no longer an associated company with VNECO.
