KSB: Board resolution on consulting shareholders in writing

The Board of Directors of Binh Duong Mineral and Construction Joint Stock Company (KSB) unanimously approved to consult shareholders in writing about the suggestion by Dream House Investment Corporation that Dream House Investment Corporation would receive the transfer of KSB shares to raise the holding ratio up to more than 25% stake of KSB without public tender offer.
