GMC: Board approves to sign agreements with related companies

On August 04, 2017, the Board of Directors of Sai Gon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company (GMC) approved the policy on executing the agreements and transactions between Sai Gon Garment Manufacturing Trade Joint Stock Company and 09 related companies in 2017. The value of each agreement, transaction is lower than 35% of total assets of the Company according to the latest financial statements.
