-        Number of shares after additional listing: 120,000,000 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND1,200,000,000,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: August 11, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and private placement
