TCM: Decision on the change of listing

On August 09, 2016, HOSE issued Decision No.287/QD-SGDHCM to allow Thanh Cong Textile Garment Investment Trading Joint Stock Company (securities code: TCM) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 49,199,951 shares

-        Additional volume: 2,453,878 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND24,538,780,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 51,653,829 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND516,538,290,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: August 11, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to the 2016 dividend payment.
