On August 09, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.288/QD-SGDHCM to allow Cuu Long Fish Joint Stock Company (securities code: ACL) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 18,399,675 shares

-        Additional volume: 4,400,000 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND44,000,000,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 22,799,675 shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND227,996,750,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: August 11, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to convert the debt.
