On August 11, 2017, HOSE issued Decision No.295/QD-SGDHCM to allow Thien Long Group Corporation (securities code: TLG) to change the listing as follows:

-        Number of shares before additional listing: 38,312,672 shares

-        Additional volume: 11,493,584 shares

-        Total additional value (based on par value): VND114,935,840,000

-        Number of shares after additional listing: 49,806,256shares

-        Total value after additional listing: VND498,062,560,000

-        Effective date of the listing license: August 15, 2017

-        Reason of change: This is the number of shares issued to increase the equity.
