NVL: Decision on the transfer of shares at Nova Phu Sa

On August 24, 2017, BODs of No Va Land Investment Group Corporation approved the transfer of shares at Nova Phu Sa as follows:

-       Approving the transfer of 599,880 shares with a total value of 5,998,800,000 dongs at Nova Phu Sa Development and Investment Joint Stock Company (equivalent to 99.98% of charter capital of Nova Phu Sa Development and Investment Joint Stock Company.)

-       Approving the transfer of 594,000 shares with a total value of 5,940,000,000 dongs at Nova Phu Sa Resort and Tourism Joint Stock Company (equivalent to 99.00% of charter capital of Nova Phu Sa Resort and Tourism Joint Stock Company.)
