VNS: Board Resolution _ Aug 25, 2017

The Board of Directors of Vietnam Sun Corporation approved the policy on signing an asset and exploitation rights transfer agreement of Taxi Vinasa in the provinces of Dong Thap, Vinh Long, Can Tho and Ang Giang between Vietnam Sun Corporation and Hai Lua One-Member Co., Ltd.

Accordingly, Vietnam Sun Corporation will pay VND26,967,000,000 to Hai Lua One-Member Co., Ltd. to receive 79 cars and the exploitation rights for current taxis in Dong Thap, Vinh Long, Can Tho and Ang Giang, and relevant rights and assets. 

The Board of Directors assigned its CEO to sign and execute the agreement above.
