PAC: Written Resolution of General Meeting _ Aug 28, 2017

Dry Cell and Storage Battery Joint Stock Company announces the written resolution of General Meeting dated August 28, 2017:

The shareholders approved the 2016 audited financial statements with some adjusted items as below:

1)    To decrease the wage fund VND43,996,585,200 based on the wage fund paid in practice. This made the Company’s profit increase correspondingly.

2)    To decrease the unemployment insurance fund VND33,983,487,155. This made the Company’s profit increase correspondingly.
