On 01/08/2017, the BOD of Central Mining and Mineral Import - Export JSC approved the management change as follows:

• Dismissal of Mr. Nguyen The Phung from Manager with effect from 01/08/2017.
• Dismissal of Mr. Chu Danh Phuong from Chief Accountant with effect from 01/08/2017.
• Appointing Mr. Chu Danh Phuong to be Manager with effect from 01/08/2017.
• Appointing Mr. Chu Danh Nam to be Manager with effect from 01/08/2017.
