Petrolimex Installation No.III Joint Stock Company announced change in personnel as follows:

• Mr. Cung Quang Ha has resigned from leader of Representatives Group for capital of Vietnam National Petroleum Group with effect since 01/08/2017
• Mr. Nguyen Sum, Member of the BOD, Manager has been appointed leader of Representatives Group for capital of Vietnam National Petroleum Group with effect since 01/08/2017.
• Mr. Nguyen Huy Nhan, Party Committee Secretary, Member of the BOD, Deputy Manager has been appointed  Representative for Capital of Vietnam National Petroleum Group with effect since 01/08/2017.
• Mr. Cung Quang Ha has been appointed Chair of the BOD of the Company with effect since 01/08/2017.
