LEC: Board approves a public offering

The Board of Directors of Central Power Real Estate Joint Stock Company approved to implement the public offering as follows:

1)    Stock name: Stock ofCentral Power Real Estate Joint Stock Company

2)    Stock type: common share

3)    Par value: VND10,000/share

4)    Outstanding volume: 26,100,000 shares

5)    Expected issue volume: 54,810,000 shares

6)    Issue method: public offering

7)    Exercise ratio: 1:2.1 (Those who own 01 share will receive 01 right, and with every 01 right will be entitled to buy 2.1 new shares.)

8)    Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The unsold shares and fractional shares (if any) will be offered to other investors by the Board of Directors at a price not lower than the one offered to the existing shareholders and will be restricted in 01 year from the ending date of public offering.

9)    Offering price: VND10,000/share

10) Issue date: in 2017.
