On August 22, 2017, BODs of Sacom Development and Investment Corporation approved to plan the stock offering of Sacom Real Estate Joint Stock Company (SLD) as follows:

-          Number of offering shares: 10,000,000 shares

-          Expected owning ratio of SAM in SLD after the offering: 60%

-          Expected selling price: 11,500 dongs/share

-          Total expected proceeds: 115,000,000,000 dongs

-          Issuance method: private placement

-          Time of implementation: August 2017 or September 2017.
