1)    Ex-right date: May 24, 2016        

2)    Record date: May 25, 2016         

3)    Purpose: to pay  cash dividends for 2015.

-          Exercise ratio: 5%/par value (500 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: June 14, 2016

-          Place of payment:

• Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.
• Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Viet Nam Tanker Joint Stock Company.
