AMD: The record date for stock dividend payment

On May 12, 2016, HOSE issued Announcement No.570/TB-SGDHCM on the record date of AMD Group Investment Joint Stock Company (AMD) as follows:

1)    Ex-right date: May 19, 2016        

2)    Record date: May 20, 2016         

3)    Purpose: to pay stock dividends for 2014 & 2015.

4)    Detailed information:

-          Exercise ratio: 100:8. In which:

• Dividend for 2014: 3%
• Dividend for 2015: 5%

-          Estimated issue volume: 2,400,000 shares

-          Plan to deal with fractional shares: The distributed shares will be rounded down. The fractional shares will be cancelled.

-          For example, if shareholder A owns 155 shares at the record date, he will receive 12 new shares. The fractional part (0.4 share) will be cancelled.

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at AMD Group Investment Joint Stock Company.
