2)    Record date: May 31, 2016         

3)    Purpose: to pay  cash dividends for 2015.

-          Exercise ratio: 20%/par value (2000 dongs/share)

-          Payment date: June 20, 2016

-          Place of payment:

+        Shareholders whose shares have been deposited: at the securities firms where the shares have been deposited.

+        Shareholders whose shares have not been deposited: at Everpia Joint Stock Company.
