VSC: BODs Resolution on the 2017 AGM contents

According to the Resolution No.03/2017/NQ-HĐQT dated April 10, 2017, BODs of Vietnam Container Shipping Joint Stock Corporation aproved some of Annual General Meeting 2017 contents as follows:

1. BODs approved to pay second cash dividends for 2016: 10%/par value (1,000 dongs/share).
2. BODs approved to issue shares to pay dividend to existing shareholders at the rate of 10% (Shareholder who owns 100 shares will receive 10 new shares).
