ASM: Allowed to delay AGM 2017

Sao Mai Group Corporation applied an extension to the Department of Planning and Investment of An Giang Province to delay the holding of Annual General Meeting. Therefore, on April 11, 2017, the Department allowed ASM to delay the 2017 Annual General Meeting until May 2017
