E1VFVN30 ETF announced the Resolution of Annual General Meeting of Investors dated April 07, 2017 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the Fund’s performance in 2016:

-          Fund’s NAV at 12/31/2016: 10,176.5 dongs

-          Tracking error between the Fund and VN30 Index: 0.21%

-          Total net mobilized capital in 2016: nearly 45 billion dongs, increasing the Fund’s capital to 422 billion dongs.

Article 2: Approving the Fund’s 2016 audited financial statements.

Article 3: Approving the 2016 profit distribution plan: The Fund will not distribute profit.

Article 4: Approving the Fund’s operating plan.

Article 5: Approving to authorize the Board of Representatives to choose an auditing company for VFMVN30 ETF in 2017.

Article 6: Approving the budget for the Board of Representatives in 2017: 58,500,000 dongs.

Article 7: Approving to appoint the Board of Representatives of period 2017 – 2020:

1. Chairwoman: Ms. Nguyen Boi Hong Le
2. Member: Ms. Le Thi Thu Huong
3. Member: Ms. Pham Thi Thanh Thuy

Article 8: This resolution takes effect as from the date of signing.
