VPK: Board resolution

Vegetable Oil Packing Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated April 18, 2016:

1)    Mr. Nguyen Van Tien was appointed as Chairman of the BOD in the term 2013-2018 as from April 18, 2016.

2)    The Board of Directors approved to pay for the last phase of 2015 dividend in cash:

-          Record date:  May 12, 2016

-          Payment date: May 30, 2016

-          Dividend pay-out ratio: 10% (VND1,000/share)
