Nam Viet Joint Stock Company announced the resolution of the Board of Directors dated April 04, 2016:

1)    The Board of Directors approved to organize the annual general meeting of shareholders 2016 on April 26, 2016.

2)    The Board of Directors approved to amend the Articles of Association.

3)    The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Ton That Manh as Chairman of the BOD.

4)    The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Vu Hai Bang as Chairman of the BOD.

5)    The Board of Directors approved the resignation of Mr. Pham Hue Hung as CEO as from April 05, 2016.

6)    The Board of Directors approved to appoint Mr. Ton That Manh as CEO as from April 05, 2016.
