CII: CII completes transferring stake in Truong Thuan Phat

On April 20, 2016, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) received an announcement from the Department of Planning and Investment of Hochiminih City regarding the completion of transfer of all stake owned by CII in Truong Thuan Phat Co., Ltd. (TTP). Therefore, as from April 20, 2016, TTP was not a subsidiary or associated company of CII.
