Phu Tai Joint Stock Company announced the Board resolution dated April 20, 2016 as follows:

Article 1: Approving the result of share offering:

-          Number of shares registered to issue to the existing shareholders: 2,880,126 shares

-          Number of shares issued to the existing shareholders: 2,879,952 shares

-          Number of shares bought by the existing shareholders: 2,866,741 shares

-          Number of shares refused to buy by the existing shareholders: 13,211 shares

Article 2: Approving the distribution of 13,211 unsold shares to 07 individual investors

-          Selling price: VND10,000/share

-          Transfer restriction: 01 year

-          Payment time: April 25, 2016 to April 27, 2016
