CII: CII receives land for BT Thu Thiem Project

On April 15, 2016, Hochiminh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) received Decision No.1894 by the People's Committee of Hochiminh City regarding handling of land and land leasing in BT Thu Thiem Project. Accordingly, Hochiminh City will transfer 90,078.3 m2 of land to CII for building houses and 6,053.6 m2 of land used in 50 year for building offices for lease.
