On April 14, 2016, the Board of Directors of Sao Mai Group Corporation (ASM) approved to buy the shares of International Development & Investment Corporation (IDI) to raise its holding at IDI:

-          Buying volume: 64,673,189 shares, including:

• To implement the share purchase rights: 21,673,189 shares
• To buy additional shares: 43,000,000 shares

-          Buying price: VND10,000/share
