Vimedimex Medi – Pharma Joint Stock Company announces the Board resolution dated April 13, 2017:

Based on the 2016 audited financial statements:

-          Owner’s equity at 12/31/2016: 258,509,305,600 dongs

-          Paid-in capital: 119,402,680,000 dongs

-          Book value: 258,509,305,600 dongs / 11,940,268 shares = 21,650 dongs/share

 The Board of Directors decided to adjust the offering price for the second private placement as below:

-          Offering volume: 3,500,000 shares

-          Offering price: 21,700 dongs/share

-          Total offering value: 75,950,000,000 dongs
