VLF: Board Resolution

1)    The BOD approved the reports it’s submitted to the second of 2015 EGM.

2)    The BOD approved the report of  the Supervisory Board.

3)    Mr. Doan Minh Thu and Mr. Pham Van An  replaced Mr. Nguyen Ngoc Nam and Mr. Nguyen Van Kim as  members of the BOD.

Mr. Chau Hieu Dung was appointed as Chairman of the BOD in the term 2012-2016.
